30-day money-back guarantee

Mintlytic offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Mintlytic Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Orders for Mintlytic Pro are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact Mintlytic through the contact page and we will help you arrange it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Mintlytic Pro subscription at any time from the subscription area in your profile. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved items, followed projects and preferences are kept.

The Free plan

Mintlytic's Free plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund for it.
