1. Agreement with Mintlytic

These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Mintlytic. By creating an account, subscribing or using Mintlytic you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country and keep your account credentials secure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Information, not advice

Mintlytic collects publicly available Web3 announcements and adds AI-generated analysis. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no AI assessment is a security audit. Scores, risk levels and summaries are opinions produced by software and can be incomplete or wrong.

3. Verify before you act

You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always verify official domains, contracts and social accounts independently before minting, claiming, entering a campaign or signing anything. Web3 activity carries risk of total loss.

4. No wallet interaction

Mintlytic does not connect to wallets and will never request a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or signature. Treat any message claiming otherwise as fraudulent.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the platform's data or AI output at scale.
• Do not submit unlawful content or attempt to break, overload or probe the service.
• Do not use Mintlytic to promote scams or misleading opportunities.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights or interfere with the security of the service.

6. Intellectual property

Mintlytic owns all rights, title and interest in the service, including its software, documentation, branding, logos and all content generated by Mintlytic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

7. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Mintlytic offers Free and Pro plans. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing you agree to the then-current price and billing frequency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the subscription area in your profile; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries related to your purchase and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Third-party content

Links, project names and announcements come from third-party sources. We do not control, endorse or guarantee them, and their availability can change or disappear at any time.

9. Availability and changes

Mintlytic is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintlytic is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, from reliance on AI assessments, or from any third-party opportunity, project or link surfaced in the app.

11. Accounts and termination

You may stop using Mintlytic and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
